Watchlists
Scheduled scraping that tells you what changed.
Give us item ids on any live retailer and a schedule. Each run follows the pipeline you build: which scraper reads what, what a change, a match or a failure leads to, and where the results land. Signed webhooks, your own S3-compatible bucket, or both. Billed as the calls each run makes.

What you get with Watchlists
- 01
Every live retailer
Follow products by item id on every live retailer and marketplace. One watchlist per platform and marketplace; all of them share the same API and events.
- 02
Pipelines you design
Chain scrapers with rules: a quick scan of everything, a full read of what moved, every seller when the buy box changes hands, a retry when something fails.
- 03
Any schedule
Every 5 minutes to every 7 days, or a cron expression in your own time zone: weekdays at 9:00, the first of the month, whatever your workflow needs.
- 04
Deliver anywhere
Per-endpoint signed webhooks, results written to your S3-compatible bucket, or pull changes since any point in time.
- 05
Run history
Every run, every step and the credits it spent. A run you cannot afford is skipped, never half-charged.
- 06
API first
Create, edit and run watchlists from code with the same key; the dashboard builder writes the same pipeline JSON.
How it works
Three steps, no infrastructure
Pick what to watch

- 02
Build each run
Start from a template or chain your own steps and rules, then choose a cadence or a cron schedule.
- 03
Get the results
Signed webhook events, files in your bucket, and a full run history in the dashboard.
Use cases
What it is built for
The workloads it is designed around.
Repricing
Know within minutes when a competitor’s price, stock or seller moves on any retailer you sell on.
MAP monitoring
Get a match event the moment a listing drops below your minimum advertised price.
Stock alerts
Get told the moment an item comes back in stock, sells out, or an exact offer stops being buyable.
Scheduled exports
Refresh your whole catalogue every morning and land the results in your bucket for your warehouse to pick up.
FAQ
Watchlists questions
What can a watchlist follow?
Products on every live retailer and marketplace, by item id. The dashboard only offers what can be watched today.
How is a watchlist billed?
As the calls each run makes, at the same prices as calling the API yourself. There is no per-watchlist, scheduling or delivery fee, and every run shows the credits it spent.
Where do results go?
To your webhook endpoints, each with its own signing secret, and to your S3-compatible bucket (AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, Wasabi, MinIO…) if you connect one. You can also pull changes over the API.
Can I schedule with cron?
Yes: a standard five-field cron expression in any IANA time zone, or a simple cadence from every 5 minutes to every 7 days.
